Advance Group is unable to accept hotel reservation request by telephone as verification and authorization of your credit card is a requirement.

Important Information:
2007 Open Solutions rates are only valid until September 10th, 2007 on a space available basis. For requests received after this date - hotel reservations may be available but the conference rate may not be available.

All hotel prices are quoted in Canadian Funds per room, per night. Rates are subject to an additional 5% Provincial Sales Tax, 6% Goods and Service Tax (GST) and a 3% Destination Marketing fee.

Please note that all room rates are based on either Single/Double Occupancy per room per night. Third (3rd) persons are extra at an additional cost per person per night – maximum occupancy of hotel room. These rates are reflected on the online system and your hotel confirmation.

Room types are listed online or on the Hotel Map and are available for reservations unless SOLD OUT.
