About Our Parent Company


Open Solutions Inc. is an industry recognized provider of technology, software and services throughout the United States and Canada. Our solutions allow banks, thrifts, and credit unions to compete and service their customers and members more effectively. We develop, market, sell and support an enterprise-wide suite of software and services that performs a financial institution's data processing and information management functions. In contrast to traditional legacy systems, our technologies are fully integrated, open, flexible, person-centric and efficient, permitting financial institutions to draw on and deliver consistent information quickly. Our complementary products can be sold to financial institutions separately or as part of our fully-integrated suite. When combined with our core software, our complementary products provide financial institutions with a fully-integrated suite of applications that operate efficiently and take advantage of the architecture of our core solution, limiting the need for software customization. Our technology allows our clients to access information from disparate sources and then analyze and distribute that information for use at the point of customer or member contact. Our software can be operated either by the financial institution internally or on an outsourced basis in one of our outsourcing centers or through an outsourcing center hosted by one of our resellers. We believe that our products and services enable our clients to reduce their overall core processing and operational costs and allow them to meet their strategic needs more effectively.
