Credit Union Now Live on Fincentric i-Wealthview Banking Software
Vancouver, BC — January 28, 2002
– Fincentric Corporation, a leading global provider of wealth
management and next generation banking software, announced today
that Fraser Valley Edelweiss Credit Union has fully converted its
core banking platform to Fincentric’s i-Wealthview Banking™.
The i-Wealthview system, running live since January 21, 2002 as
scheduled, encompasses full banking functionality including core
processing, back-office transaction processing and Internet banking.
The credit union is running the newest version of i-Wealthview,
version 3.5, released in December, 2001.
Fraser Valley Credit Union and Edelweiss Credit
Union merged in May 2001, to form the Abbotsford BC-based financial
institution aimed at servicing its members in British Columbia’s
Fraser Valley and lower mainland communities. It has 14 branches
and manages combined assets of over $1 billion (CAD).
i-Wealthview Banking™ replaces Fraser Valley
Edelweiss’ previous banking system, and provides additional
functionality, enhanced Internet capabilities and increased performance.
Fincentric’s software also provides the credit union with
Customer Value Management™ capabilities, allowing it to analyze
the value of each member, formulate strategies to maximize their
value, and increase retention of their valued members.
