Fincentric's i-Wealthview Achieves Windows 2000 Datacenter Certification

Vancouver, BC — June 26, 2002 – Fincentric Corporation, a leading global provider of wealth management and next generation core banking software, today announced that Microsoft (Nasdaq:MSFT) has certified the i-Wealthview™ Banking system for Windows 2000 Datacenter Server. The designation recognizes that i-Wealthview provides the scalability, performance and functional superiority to serve as a banking platform for large data centers. Windows 2000 Datacenter Server is designed for enterprises that demand the highest levels of availability and reliability and was developed to work optimally in high-traffic computer networks.

"Datacenter certification confirms that we offer a robust platform for the mission-critical, high-volume transactions that are essential in financial services," says Mike Cardiff, president and CEO of Fincentric. "We are especially proud to be the first financial services-focused vendor to achieve this status among the world's leading software companies. For our customers the Microsoft Windows 2000 platform provides a scalable, open environment that facilitates a lower total cost of ownership."

Fincentric joins an elite group of 22 companies currently Datacenter certified. These include Microsoft, IBM Corp. SAP AG, SAS Institute Inc., EMC Corp., Computer Associates and JD Edwards. As the only core-banking platform currently Datacenter certified, i-Wealthview provides exceptionally high levels of availability, fault tolerance and transaction processing throughput. Along with its achievements in Advanced Server and Datacenter certification, Fincentric has also received Microsoft Gold Partner designation for its success in delivering Microsoft technologies through its award-winning wealth management software solutions to financial institutions around the world. Fincentric previously achieved Windows 2000 Advanced Server certification for the i-Wealthview banking system earlier this year.

"Microsoft is very pleased to add Fincentric to the growing list of first-class software companies who are certifying their applications on Windows 2000 Data Center. We appreciate the many years of support Fincentric has given Windows servers, and their continued commitment going forward," said Bob Ellsworth, Group Product Manager at Microsoft.
