Dr. Robin Louis as New Chairman
Vancouver, BC — December 18, 2002
– The board of directors of Fincentric Corporation has elected
Dr. Robin Louis as Chairman, effective December 3, 2002. Dr. Louis,
President of Ventures West Capital Ltd., has served as a director
on Fincentric’s board since 1995.
Ventures West is a privately held venture capital
investment group that invests in early-stage North American technology
companies with the potential to become market leaders. Dr. Robin
Louis oversees the firm's operations and investment funds and is
involved with all aspects of Ventures West’s investment activities.
He served for many years as a director of Pivotal Corporation and
currently serves as a director of the Canadian Venture Capital Association,
Galian Photonics, Chancery Software Ltd., and INEA Corp.
