New Cooperation Agreement
Positions Fincentric and APAK Group for Market Expansion in United
Kingdom

– Fincentric Corporation, a leading global provider of core
retail banking and customer value management software, today announced
they have entered into a non-exclusive cooperation agreement with
APAK Group plc, a UK-based systems integrator and implementation
specialist of banking systems.
The agreement allows both companies to jointly pursue
new business opportunities with existing and new financial services
clients to expand their market presence in the UK. Together, Fincentric
and APAK will offer UK financial institutions a compelling value
proposition based on Fincentric’s software products and APAK’s
extensive I.T. experience in the region.
In addition to sales and marketing initiatives, Fincentric and
APAK will work closely together in the localization and customization,
implementation, and support of delivering Fincentric’s Wealthview™ software solution to specifically meet the unique business needs
of UK financial institutions.
