Selects Fincentric—Joining the Largest Credit Union Network
in Canada

2005 – Fincentric Corporation welcomed today First
Calgary Savings to its community—the biggest network of the
largest asset-sized Canadian credit unions using core banking solutions
from a single vendor. Among a field of top competitive systems,
Fincentric’s Wealthview Banking™ was chosen by Alberta-based
First Calgary Savings as the joint, common banking platform for
their first-of-its-kind inter-provincial venture with British Columbia-based
Envision Financial. Systems implementation and integration are currently
underway.
First Calgary Savings is the largest credit union
in Calgary, serving nearly 100,000 member-owners through 15 branch
locations, a commercial lending facility, one 2 one Financial Consulting,
and a locally-based contact centre. With their innovative project
with Envision Financial, they needed a more flexible banking platform
that could meet the challenges of the new initiative as well as
accommodate long-term growth.

Wealthview Banking will become an important technology
platform as First Calgary Savings and Envision Financial work to

Project, to life.
The Wealthview Banking system, currently being
used by Envision Financial, provides comprehensive applications
for deposits, payments, and consumer lending with real-time transaction
processing, and integration across multiple delivery channels including
branch, ATM, telephone, Internet banking and wireless portals. Continued
