Fincentric and Interprise Sign Marketing Alliance to Enable Paperless Technology within Wealthview Banking and e-Statements through MemberDirect® Services



Vancouver, BC, June 14, 2006 – Fincentric Corporation, a leading global provider of core retail banking software to financial institutions, and Interprise Solutions Inc. today announced a joint marketing alliance to provide Canadian credit unions with electronic delivery and cheque-image statements through MemberDirect Services, the internet banking solution used by over 300 credit unions across Canada.

“Credit union members will be able to download or print month-end statements at their own convenience through MemberDirect Services,” said Dean Capotosto, Vice President, Sales at Interprise Solutions. “Additionally, credit union front-line staff will have the ability to generate a document workflow as a simple step within Fincentric's Wealthview Banking™.”

Interprise’s DOXIM document management solution contains automated forms and document archiving which will be embedded within Wealthview Banking™. This will allow credit union staff to be able to auto-populate forms with existing or new data, and view, print, send and archive documents through a browser-based DOXIM document management solution – all within a secure, fully auditable environment. DOXIM also contains a digital signature feature which eliminates the need to print, sign and physically store documents.
