Partnership with Fincentric & inBusiness
Vancouver, BC, April 12, 2006 –
North Carolina-based, community bank, Peoples Bancorp (NASDAQ: PEBK),

signing of a contract to provide Peoples Bank with an integrated
lead generation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution
which will utilize the companies frontline service representatives
and automate its sales tracking into a centralized contact management
system. Implementation will begin in May 2006.
