On November 15-17, Fincentric was proud to sponsor the annual Credit Union Central of BC (CUCBC) Fall Conference. The event's theme, "Facing Down the Bear - the challenges of a changing marketplace," offered a great opportunity for our team to showcase how Fincentric can help Canadian credit unions compete and thrive today and for years to come.
We featured our flexible and configurable Wealthview Banking™ core banking software solution, as well as showed demos of Leadbuilder, our proven Inbound Customer Marketing software. For any sales-driven banking culture, Leadbuilder is the ideal solution to bridge an existing database with marketing campaigns and boost customer loyalty at the same time. Leadbuilder automatically presents relevant, timely offers onscreen to the frontline every time a customer initiates contact.
Our fresh and fun "Syrup" booth drew lots of interest during the show. Our theme was: "Forget the icing. We're the syrup on the pancake of your business." Most people are satisfied with icing on their cake, but we take our service and solutions to the next level for our Canadian customers. We not only meet our customer expectations, but exceed them on a regular basis. During the conference, dozens of attendees were treated to delicious bottles of Canadian-made maple syrup to enhance our message of excellent customer service and support.

The Presentation Theatre - everyone loved the huge TV screen!
Two special guests made presentations during the event: Marshall Weems of Financial Selling Systems, Inc.; and Sultan Akif of Microsoft Financial Services. It was standing room only for visitors to our Presentation Theatre, as Marshall and Sultan offered suggestions to improve performance, service and technology for Canadian credit unions. To cap the event, Fincentric was proud to congratulate Island Savings Credit Union (ISCU), which recently won a "Fast 25" award, one of the fastest growing companies on Vancouver Island. Rob Nygren, President and CEO of Fincentric, presented a congratulatory award and handed out slices of giant cake to celebrate their success.
Since utilizing Wealthview Banking software, ISCU has tripled in growth. Talk about a great Canadian Success Story!
