Understanding customer requirements is the foundation of a great working relationship. That's why Fincentric participates in several user forums, including Customer Advisory Group (CAG) meetings.
The CAG provides a two-way forum for communication between Fincentric and our customers. Members of the CAG include U.S. and Canadian customers who have Wealthview BankingT in production, and representatives from Fincentric Product Management, Product Development, Professional Services and Customer Support teams.
The goals of the group are to address the Core, U.S. and Canadian regional layers of Wealthview Banking, as well as associated gateways, interfaces and legislative issues. During each bi-monthly meeting, the CAG offers exciting opportunities for us to collaborate and communicate freely with each other in an open group setting.
Our main goals in each CAG are to:
- Develop clear direction and standards relating to localized development and migration to new versions of Wealthview Banking
- Provide customers with the opportunity to present their priorities for product enhancements and changes based on real-world usage
- Enable customers to explore cost-sharing opportunities for product enhancements with Fincentric's Product Management and Customer Services groups
- Record and prioritize customer recommendations for future product enhancements and associated gateways and interfaces
- Increase the opportunity for Fincentric to reclaim code created by the CAG members
- Identify impending legislative issues, which will be required in future releases of Wealthview Banking
