Implementation & Integration

During implementation, our proven Accelerator Methodology uses industry standard best practices, so we get your system up and running fast. Professional Services manage six key phases:

  • Envision


    We work with you to create a high-level view of your project goals, constraints, risks and overall solution. During this phase, we initiate joint initiatives with you.
  • Plan


    We refine the implementation scope, schedule and costs, through a comprehensive 10-day training workshop with your team.
  • Develop


    At this stage, we develop the physical infrastructure of your system and prepare for stabilization and acceptance testing.
  • Stabilize


    Our main objective is to make sure the overall solution meets your acceptance criteria before it is released into production. Your test team takes over the system to ensure success of the project.
  • Deploy & Support


    During the "Go Live Weekend," Fincentric and partners from our ecosystem are on hand to act as your back-up support. Together with your Executive Team, we review the implementation, document lessons learned and define our next steps. Then we'll introduce you to the Fincetric Customer Service team, who provide your ongoing support.
