We created the Fincentric Certified Professionals program to improve and enhance the ability of financial institutions to implement Fincentric products. The various courses cover training to implement, maintain, and expand the Fincentric core banking technology products.
For your convenience, the program is highly flexibility to suit your needs and schedule. With focused courses, participants can choose a track that suits their job classification, and the role they will play on the product implementation team.
Certified training is available for various implementation people on your team including:
- Project Manager
- Business Analyst
- Application Developer
- Technology Specialist
- Operator
- Gateway Developer
Courses typically include four days of onsite classroom training followed by an exam. Individuals who have taken prior Fincentric training programs, and feel they have the knowledge to pass the exam, may directly write the exam. If their score is 80% or higher, they will be certified after completing the required number of courses.
Prepare
For maximum course benefits, participants must have a minimum level of skill and product understanding. Before attending classes, participants receive material covering basic introductory topics, and they must demonstrate mastery of the material via online examination before enrolling in the program.
Train
Fincentric instructor-led classroom training provides optimal learning conditions for subject matter that requires extensive participant/instructor interaction. Instructors have practical and theoretical command of the subject matter, and are trained to certified standards in the most effective teaching methods. Class size is kept small for maximum participant interaction.
Test
To validate the skills and knowledge acquired, comprehensive tests are included in the program and participants must score 80% or higher for certification.
Refresh
Each year, Fincentric Certified Professionals participate in a two-day refresher course to maintain their skills, and to learn about new products.
